Am I eligible to sign up?

In order to sign up for Home Broadband, your premises would need to be either: Home Reached or Home Pass and Ready for service according to information provided by our technical team. To check for service availability, you can call us on 9025201202 for latest coverage details

I do not have a fibre optic termination point installed at my home yet, what can I do to sign up for a C2C Broadband?

If your premise is certified ready for service by our technical team, C2C will be able to help you to arrange for the fibre termination or RF point to be installed by Click2Connect's contractors when you sign-up for any of the High Speed Fibre Broadband plans or RF Plans.

Are there any monthly bandwidth caps or data usage limitations for C2C Fibre Broadband?

It depends on what plan you chose from. Though all our plans are prepaid and unlimited, they do come with FUP, and post FUP all the plans are unlimited. You can select what suits you the best or take an expert advice by reaching us on 9025201202.

Do I have to recharge every month?

Yes, as to keep your account alive, the minimum recharge has to be done as per the tariff applicable for you.

Can I Downgrade my plan at any time?

While we give the freedom of choice to all our clients, the restricted downgrade of plan is for three months. But you can always upgrade your plan at any given point of time from a lower value to a higher value.

Will I have to return the CPE and in future at the time of surrendering the link?

Yes,CPE is the property of the Click2Connect which is installad to customer end to provide the services.
