🚫 Service Usage & Restrictions
- All services are prepaid. Renew your subscription timely.
- Misuse includes illegal activities, network tampering, bulk messaging, unauthorized streaming, or anti-national activities.
- Violation of terms may lead to service suspension or termination without notice.
💡 Intellectual Property
All logos, graphics, content, and software used are property of Krishiinet. Unauthorized usage or duplication is strictly prohibited.
⚠️ Disclaimer of Liability
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, financial losses, or service interruptions. Services are provided "as is" and "as available."
⛔ Termination of Services
- Services can be suspended or terminated for non-compliance or non-payment.
- Post-termination, data stored in our systems may not be retrievable.
💳 Refund & Cancellation
All payments made are non-refundable. Mid-cycle disconnections are not eligible for refund. In rare cases of technical infeasibility, refunds will be processed within 7 working days.
⚖️ Compliance & Jurisdiction
Users must comply with Indian laws including IT Act, TRAI guidelines, and Telegraph Act. Legal disputes will be under Chennai, Tamil Nadu jurisdiction.

By registering, you agree to receive communications via SMS, Email, or Calls regarding service updates and promotions. You may opt out at any time.
🌩️ Force Majeure
Krishiinet will not be liable for service delays or failures caused by factors beyond control like natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
