⚠️ Service Downtime Compensation

In the rare case of internet service disruption, if our team does not restore service within 48 working hours of your official complaint, you are eligible for a pro-rata waiver for the downtime.

  • Complaints must be registered via our official support line 7010805032.
  • Internet plans are billed in advance and are strictly prepaid.
  • No refunds will be issued for voluntary disconnections mid-cycle.
  • No refundable security deposits are collected.

💳 Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our services operate on a prepaid and non-refundable model. Please read the following carefully:

  • If a service is found infeasible after payment, a full refund will be processed within 48 hours.
  • In case of unaddressed service complaints beyond 48 working hours, downtime days will be adjusted.
  • As long as Krishiinet-installed equipment remains on-site, billing continues unless returned.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

  • Internet/OTT/IPTV Activation: 24–72 hours from payment confirmation, based on area feasibility.
  • Hardware Dispatch (Router, ONU, Set-Top Box): 3–7 business days, tracking details provided.
  • Shipping Fees: Free for most areas unless mentioned at checkout.
  • Installation: Scheduled post-payment. Additional charges apply for complex setups.

⏳ Delivery Delays or Failures

  • External delays due to logistics, courier services, or extreme weather may impact delivery timelines.
  • Missed deliveries due to wrong address or customer unavailability may attract rescheduling charges.
