Simple activation and renewal guides for Pioneer Digital TV, Playbox TV and VZY. Choose your service below and follow the steps in order.

Pioneer Digital TV
IPTV activation · Please contact us before your first login.
Install Pioneer Digital TV
On Android / Google TV, download Pioneer Digital TV from Google Play and install it. For other supported TVs, check the device’s app store or ask our team for installation help.
Ask us to create your profile — do not log in yet
Once installed, message our team using “Create my IPTV profile” below. We will create your customer profile in our portal.
Wait for confirmation, then log in
An agent will confirm that your profile is ready. Only after that confirmation, open the app and log in as instructed.
Send the error photo to finish activation
An activation error may appear after the first login. Take a clear photo of the full error and send it to our WhatsApp team on 7010805032. We will activate the service from our end.

Before you activate OTT
Complete the initial setup on your mobile phone first.
Check which aggregator your plan uses
Check the aggregator shown with your package on our website: Playbox TV or VZY / Watcho. Install the one applicable to your plan.
Install the supporting apps
Install the apps supported by your package: Sun NXT, Sony LIV, ZEE5, aha, Hotstar and Amazon Prime Video. Access is limited to the subscriptions included in your plan.
Use your registered mobile number
Log in to your aggregator using the OTP received on the mobile number registered with Krishiinet. Then follow the relevant guide below.

Playbox TV
Claim your plan, then use Browse by OTT.
Open My Plans
After logging in on your mobile, tap My Plans at the top right of the Playbox app.
Claim and activate
If a benefit shows Claim or Claim Now, tap it and complete Activate. Repeat for the benefits included in your package.
Browse by OTT
Scroll down to Browse by OTT and open the content from there. Follow the service-specific instructions below.
ZEE5
Open ZEE5 content from Playbox TV. You will be redirected to the ZEE5 app; sign in there after the redirect.
Amazon Prime Lite
Create an Amazon account using your mobile number in advance. Tap Claim Now in Playbox, follow the Amazon redirect and log in with your number to activate. Then watch directly in Prime Video, not inside Playbox.
Hotstar
Open Hotstar content through Playbox TV. It redirects to the Hotstar app, where you can continue watching.

VZY / formerly Watcho
Start your viewing from the aggregator app.
Install, log in and open content
Install VZY / Watcho and the supporting OTT apps for your plan, including Sun NXT, Sony LIV, ZEE5, Amazon Prime Video and aha. Log in with your registered mobile number and access content through VZY / Watcho.
Sony LIV plays inside the app
Sony LIV content is built into VZY / Watcho for this service. Do not log in separately to Sony LIV, just as with Playbox.
Activate Amazon Prime from My Plans
Once your plan is activated, open My Plans and use the Amazon Prime activation link. Follow the link and log in to Amazon to activate your included benefit.
